    No, we are relying on common sense and are taking into account that our fans are solely responsible and aware of the associated risks of COVID-19.

    You can expect to live an unforgettable experience through our different venues that offer, in our regular edition, unparalleled proximity and one of a kind musical emotions. You’ll also encounter high-quality musical discoveries and, just like thousands of our fans, an experience chalked-full of unforgettable moments!

  • SHOULD I BOOK MY TICKETS IN ADVANCE?

    That depends on how much you’re willing to risk! It can happen that certain venues, such as restaurants in our regular edition, will sell out before the actual dates. In terms of our indoor shows, the excitement generated by any one of our artists can pretty much guarantee that tickets will be sold out if not pre-purchased. We invite you to reserve your seats as soon as our program is announced to ensure that you don’t miss out.

  • IS THERE A VIP PASS TO ATTEND ALL SHOWS?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer this type of pass due to the current situation and our formula, which includes places with limited capacity in the regular edition.

  • ARE THE SHOWS PRESENTED INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

    In our regular edition, all our shows are presented either in a room, a restaurant, an interior locale or under the Dome. However, some shows will be presented outside for this unique 2021 edition.

  • WHAT IS THE DOME?

    The Dome is geodesic in shape, for the regular edition, and is a unique location explicitly set up for our week of activities. Its 140-person capacity will ensure that you’ll experience unique jazz and blues musical moments unlike any other. It’s located on the corner of rue Racine and Bégin, in the heart of downtown Chicoutimi. Unfortunately due to the current situation, we will not be setting up the Dome for the 2021 edition.

  • ARE THE VENUES ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

    Most of our venues are accessible for people with disabilities. Watch for the icon on the venue page of your choice.

  • ARE PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ABLE TO ATTEND THE VENUES?

    It depends on the location according to the current laws and regulations.

  • CAN I BUY MY TICKETS AT THE DOOR THE EVENING OF THE EVENT?

    You can buy your tickets at the door, unless the show is marked as sold out.

  • DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNT PRICES FOR SENIOR’S, STUDENTS, ETC.?

    We try to ensure that our prices are fair for everyone and adjust the prices accordingly. The prices are listed on the artist’s page online.

  • HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS FOR SHOWS BEING PRESENTED IN RESTAURANTS?

    All you have to do is contact the restaurant of your choice to make a reservation and mention that you want to attend the show. You’ll pay admission charges at the door the night of the event.
